    After Creation Station, join us at the West end of the Downtown Mall for a Celebration of Merriment led by bands and hosted by dignitaries. Bring your own creation to display; a wagon, a wheelbarrow or stroller, decorated to bring in the New Year. We will begin at the Omni and proceed to the Central Place for our annual Bubble Wrap Stomp.
